Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 4-7 working days via reputed couriers (DTDC, Blue Dart) to verified Indian addresses only. Charges calculate by product weight, dimensions, and destination (e.g., Rs. 500-5000+ for machines over 100kg), displayed at checkout; free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,00,000. International shipping available on request with customs handling by buyer; track via provided AWB number.

• Delivery timelines: 5-10 days metro, 10-15 days remote areas.
• Inspect on arrival; refuse damaged goods and notify within 24 hours.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for defects, wrong items, or transit damage, provided machines remain unused with original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Notify via email/phone with photos/videos; approved returns require buyer-paid return shipping unless our error. Replacements issued if stock available; otherwise, full refund processed in 7-10 days to original payment method.

Exclusions:

• Misuse, improper installation, or post-delivery modifications.
• Consumables (blades, heaters) or wear parts.
• Custom/special-purpose machines (e.g., tailored Vacuum Forming Machines).

Cancellation Policy

Cancel pre-shipment orders within 48 hours of placement for full refund minus 2% processing fee. Post-production cancellations (after 48 hours) ineligible except for our delays; tailor-made machines (e.g., Special Purpose Vacuum Forming) non-cancellable. Refunds via bank transfer/NEFT within 10 working days; no refunds on dispatched orders.

Warranty Policy

Standard 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects on core components (frame, heaters, motors); excludes wear parts and user errors. On-site service in Delhi/NCR within 48 hours; pan-India support via authorized technicians (travel charges apply beyond 100km). Register warranty within 15 days of installation with invoice copy.
