Eligibility Criteria

Returns qualify only within 7 days of delivery receipt. Products must remain unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact. Custom-built or special-purpose machines (e.g., Vacuum Forming Machines) are non-returnable except for verified defects.

with invoice details, photos/videos of issues, and delivery date for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Pack securely using original materials, mark the RA number externally, and ship to: 85/14 Farm House I Block, Jaitur Badarpur, Delhi - 110044. Customer covers return shipping unless due to our error.

Inspection and Refunds

Upon receipt, our team inspects within 3-5 business days. Approved returns trigger refunds to the original payment method within 7-14 days, minus any restocking fees (up to 10% for non-defect cases). Defective items receive free repair, replacement, or full refund at our discretion.
